how about using pop ups that are subliminal - like a zeitgeist or like this below with a direct link from each image to a soundbite from the "personality" of the show or maybe a musical undertheme with a brief intro offerin:

TAG CLOUDS, BIG IMAGES, RESOURCE LINKS, CURRENT NEWS/BLOG LINK DRIVER(S),LINKS TO OTHER SPEECHES IN THE NETWORK ARCHIVE,RATING COMMUNITY MEMBERS, BOOKS, CD'S, POSTERS, ETC.
