My primary thought here is that the Thomas Barnett Consultant Group (TBCG) ... or whatever name we choose ... will offer our target audiences tools and practices that are based on Tom's core competencies. Initial thoughts on what these competencies might be:
1. Delivery of Analysis on the PNM, the post-9/11 security environment and the future of globalization
a. Presentations, speeches, briefings
2. Strategic Visioneering or Thinking Systematically About the Future or Long-Range Strategic Planning

b. Consulting, trainings, curriculum development
3. Program, System and/or Organizational Analysis
